RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have up to 14 days from the delivery of the order to change your mind and withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty.
All you need is:
1. fill in and submit the return form available on the website www.gruppoconfalonieri.it in your order section
2. wait for the return authorization email, where the shipping address will also be communicated
3. send the Products duly packaged to the Seller, by delivering the Products to the courier chosen by the Customer.
Once the return has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items using the same payment method used by you for the purchase of the products.
NON-CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCT
In the event that the goods received are faulty, defective or not compliant with the purchase order, write an e-mail to info@gruppoconfalonieri.it , which contains:
1. The reference order number
2. images showing the nature of the damage / defect
3. if you are requesting a refund
Then wait for our acceptance e-mail, where, confirmation of crediting of the amount spent. In the event of a partial refund request, the refunded amount will be net of all shipping costs, where they have been incurred.
You will not have to return the faulty goods unless on our explicit notice.
